Mike Hale Metaplex has announced Vantage, a Solana trading terminal that lets you build your own screen from 25+ movable blocks covering charts, swaps, token research, and wallet tracking. The company calls it the first fully modular trading terminal on Solana. Access has run through a waitlist since the September 23, 2026, announcement, and Metaplex admits new users every day.
What is Metaplex Vantage?
Metaplex Vantage is a trading terminal for active Solana traders that puts discovery, research, and execution on one customizable screen. Instead of a fixed layout, you add, remove, resize, and arrange blocks, and you can save several layouts as separate "boards."
A board is a named workspace. One trader might keep a board for catching new launches, another for longer-term positions, and a third for research. Vantage ships with a default trading board that carries swaps, market orders, and limit orders, and you can rework it or start fresh.
Vantage sits at the active-trader end of the Metaplex product line. The Metaplex App, launched in February 2026, already combines asset discovery, trading, and self-service token launches for a general audience. Vantage is the layer on top of it for traders who want finer control over what they see and how they place orders.
Metaplex is pitching Vantage mainly on research, with token fundamentals, discovery feeds, and third-party analytics next to the trading tools. The company says more data sources are coming after the beta.
Vantage has 27 blocks, with five more coming
Vantage offers 27 live blocks and lists five more as upcoming, four of them social. The block picker filters them into Trading, Discovery, Research, Portfolio, Market, and Social tabs, and the table below groups the live set by what each block is for.

Swaps route through Jupiter, Solana's main DEX aggregator, and the Swap block simulates the trade before you sign. The Fundamentals block pulls revenue trends, unlock schedules, and supply data for a token.
Vantage's Portfolio view shows all your Solana holdings and activity in one view, with PnL and volume plotted on charts and a calendar. Wallet tracking lets you look up any Solana wallet, see its profitability and activity, and give it a custom tag so it's easy to follow later.
How do you start trading on Vantage?
You start by joining the waitlist, since beta access is gated. Once you're in, you connect a Solana wallet and land on the default trading board.
Then build boards around how you trade:
A discovery board with the Token list filtered to new launches, Token research, Fundamentals, and a Trading chart
A watchlist board built from tagged wallets you follow, such as smart-money traders, team wallets, and KOLs, alongside the Activity feed and Largest trades
A position board with Positions, Limit, and DCA orders for anything you're holding longer than a day
The calendar PnL view in Portfolio shows which days made or lost money, so you can use it as a trading journal to check which strategies paid off.
Metaplex charges no fees of its own during the beta. You still pay Solana network costs and whatever fees the underlying DEX or route charges, so a Jupiter-routed swap costs what it would cost on Jupiter. Metaplex hasn't said what Vantage will charge after the beta.
Metaplex is moving from issuance into trading
Vantage is Metaplex's move from the place Solana assets get created to the place they get traded. Metaplex built the NFT standards and Token Metadata program that most Solana assets still use, and its protocols have processed more than 1 billion transactions with roughly $13 billion to $14 billion in cumulative trading volume, according to Crypto Briefing.
The product line has been climbing toward trading for over a year:
